Mandhira Kapur, the 2nd Generation entrepreneur is the Founder of SMIC Autoparts and Managing Director of Sona Mandhira 
In creating SMIC Autoparts, Mandhira Kapur wanted to retain the authentic values of Sona Mandhira so she brought the idea of Sona Mandhira Parivaar (which means family in Hindi) over to the UK. I’ve brought together a top team to challenge the status quo and drive change. While we’re bringing a start-up, entrepreneurial approach to our global expansion, traditional relationships will always remain at the heart of everything we do. 
Head of Logistics: Igor Da Cruz 
With more than ten years of experience in global Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Igor’s expertise in logistics has been crucial to setting up an auto parts business. His knowledge spans South America, North America and Europe having worked for companies like REEF and Max Metalurgica. 
Head of Sales and Marketing: Dimitri Balidis 
Dimitri brings a wealth of motor marketing experience to the table, including a speciality in parts and accessories. His expertise covers the entire marketing mix from planning and development to implementation for major motor industry players such as Bridgestone and Michelin. 
Head of B2C (MeMobility Pro): Hamid Qureshi 
Hamid brings expertise in product strategy, web, app and eCommerce domain management and customer experience design. His career has seen Hamid work for global advertising groups on behalf of brands such as Toyota, and Land Rover and in-house new business development roles with VW Group leading programmes such as connected car and Mobility-as-a-Service. 

SMIC Autoparts was created to work collaboratively, with independent garages, workshops and motor factors, with the short-term aim of solving issues of availability and the long-term aim of being the number one trusted supply-chain partner. 

We are bringing to the market our existing product line and our expanding product portfolio backed by Sona Mandhira’s strong team of R&D experts that have helped them in creating world-class products for over 10 years. 
A focus on digital-first and innovation, coupled with in-house industry expertise spanning four decades, means we have a winning combination of historic understanding of the automotive aftermarket with a clear vision of where it needs to go in the future.
